We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Due to health and safety regulations, opened fragrances, used products, and items with broken seals cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
